  • Support onsite Food & Beverage marketing initiatives, including uploading promotional content across venue screens.
  • Update digital venue marquees on a regular basis with current show and event information.
  • Ensure marquee content reflects the latest approved creative and event details.
  • Monitor scheduled content and make updates as shows are announced, changed, completed, or otherwise require adjustments.
  • Identify missing, outdated, incorrect, or improperly scheduled content and make necessary updates.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy when working with show names, dates, venues, creative assets, and campaign schedules.
  • Maintain internal trackers documenting content uploads, updates, tour campaigns, and venue coverage.
  • Participate in regular Onsite Marketing team calls to stay aligned on current priorities, upcoming campaigns, venue needs, and key initiatives.
  • Support the National Director of Onsite Marketing with additional administrative and project-based tasks as needed.
  • Help maintain organized records and workflows to ensure projects stay on schedule.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of recurring tasks across multiple venues, shows, and deadlines.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while staying connected with the broader team.
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to flag questions or issues proactively.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace; comfort learning new content management and project tracking platforms (Navori, Watchfire, Ignite, BrightSign, Carousel, etc).
