About the Role
Crown Sydney is seeking an Operations Shift Supervisor for the Property Services team. This role involves leading and supporting the overnight maintenance operations team to ensure continuous operation of plant, equipment, and building services. The supervisor will drive team collaboration, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, while managing emergency events and mitigating property damage.
Responsibilities
- Leading a small team to deliver business continuity and maintenance excellence, whilst ensuring a high-level of customer service
- Responding to and delegating work orders, including accurate data entry into Maximo
- Supporting shift teams looking after Gaming, Food & Beverage (F&B), Hotel and Wardrobe maintenance services
- Coordinating responses and providing technical and procedural direction across teams
- Coordinating, implementing, and monitoring Crown’s safety systems for high-risk work
- Issuing permits, conducting audits and inspections
- Reporting on non-compliance and monitoring preventive and corrective actions
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in an Operational Team Leader or Supervisory role
- Experienced and skilled in essential services
- Proven leadership skills within a similar building maintenance or property services role
- Ability to work permanent overnights across a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to obtain a NSW Casino Special Employee Licence (Police Check and Credit Check required)
