About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our Wealth Management Europe Operations team. You will be responsible for performing complex operational tasks accurately and efficiently, whilst supporting daily team activities, mitigating operational risk, and maintaining data integrity. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career, assist in issue resolution, identify and implement process improvements, and mentor more junior team members. Responsibilities
- Ensure work is produced to a high level of accuracy and completed in a timely manner, meeting relevant Service Level Agreements and operational standards
- Support your line manager in maintaining current departmental guides, processes, and procedures, and in producing accurate management information and reporting
- Escalate issues proactively to management in relation to risks, errors, and workload completion in a timely manner
- Understand team goals and their relationship to the wider group strategy
- Adhere to the Risk and Control Framework and Policy Framework, and engage proactively in regulatory and audit reviews
- Identify and implement areas of continuous improvement in conjunction with Operations Initiatives
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on project work and take responsibility for resolving complex queries
- Support and train colleagues, sharing knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of business processes
Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude with adaptability to change and strong self-motivation
- Demonstrable attention to detail and excellent time management, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Robust ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Professional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage with all stakeholders
- Strong IT proficiency with effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the Financial Services sector and regulatory requirements
- Experience in client-facing operations, particularly onboarding, maintenance, or reporting functions
- Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory reporting requirements
