About the Role
Taktile empowers financial institutions to transform into AI-native organizations. As a Deployment Lead, you will serve as the strategic partner ensuring customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making. This post-sale role involves being the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.
Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time.
- Translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations.
- Become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for customers.
- Collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and core users within customer teams.
- Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts.
- Continuously gather feedback and insights to inform product development.
- Iterate on delivery playbooks with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation, or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated team leadership in various situations.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
- Ability to work from the NYC office three days per week when not traveling.

- Technical foundation to clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to engineers and customers, especially in applied AI.
- Experience in implementing AI at scale in an enterprise context (Ideal, but not required).
- Domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.) (Ideal, but not required).
- Strong analytical skills (Ideal, but not required).
- Hands-on mentality (Ideal, but not required).
- Knowledge of APIs (Ideal, but not required).
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL (Ideal, but not required).
