About the Role
As Manager, Sales Analytics & Enablement, you will play a critical role in enabling sales and commercial performance across the Medical Nutrition business through data, analytics, insights, and decision-support solutions. You will act as a trusted business partner, translating complex commercial, sales, and operational data into meaningful insights, recommendations, and tools that support planning, forecasting, execution, and performance. Beyond reporting and analytics, you will proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging business needs, helping business leaders uncover insights and make more informed decisions. This role is ideal for a curious, commercially minded professional who enjoys solving business problems, influencing stakeholders, and enabling teams through data-driven thinking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver integrated reporting, analytics, and decision-support solutions that enable commercial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Analyze sales, customer, operational, and market data to proactively identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
- Translate business questions and challenges into actionable analytics, tools, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to align reporting, analytics, and business priorities.
- Tailor insights, reporting, and recommendations to audiences ranging from field sales teams to senior leadership, ensuring information is relevant, actionable, and easy to understand.
- Design, build, and continuously enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI, CRM systems, Excel, and other digital tools.
- Support key commercial processes, including forecasting, performance reviews, incentive compensation, Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP), and strategic initiatives.
- Develop scalable and automated solutions that improve efficiency, accelerate insight generation, and enhance decision-making.
- Leverage AI-enabled technologies and automation tools to improve reporting capabilities and business insights.
- Enable stakeholders through training, coaching, and support, helping teams with varying levels of data literacy effectively use data and analytics in their day-to-day decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality, reporting effectiveness, business processes, and overall commercial performance.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, or related roles, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities and influence business decisions through data-driven insights, analytical solutions and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of commercial performance drivers, forecasting, planning, and sales processes.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using tools such as Power BI, Excel, CRM analytics platforms, or similar technologies.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization by tailoring insights, reporting, and recommendations to the audience.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally to understand business needs and deliver impactful analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex datasets while maintaining data integrity, governance, and accuracy.

Salary/Compensations
- $105,000 - $115,000 + bonus eligibility
