About the Role
Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join their team, focusing on customer relationships and showroom operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and understand their needs to build lasting customer relationships.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Communicate the appointment policy effectively.
- Manage customer sign-ins, appointments, and job folders.
- Maintain the bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
- Send "Thank You" cards to customers after full house selections.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail in task-oriented responsibilities.
