About the Role
Optimum Media LLC seeks a Senior Business Insights Analyst to be a strategic and technical leader within the Business Reporting/Insights team. This role advances the development, strategy, and execution of revenue reporting and data products to empower decision-making across the News, Programming & Business Services division.
Responsibilities
- Shape the roadmap and user experience of the core data product.
- Lead high-impact dashboard and reporting initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between data architecture, business reporting, and organizational strategy.
- Translate data into actionable and timely insights and visuals for strategic decisions.
- Act as project lead for complex ad-hoc requests, cross-functional initiatives, and AI/ML driven revenue analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and business partners to ensure solutions are insightful, scalable, and strategically aligned with business goals.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Intelligence Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field + 3 years of experience.
- Domo platform development, including advanced dataflow architecture and ETL pipeline construction.
- Magic ETL dataflow design, utilizing multi-stage transformations, rank/window tiles, and Python/R scripting tiles.
- Experience configuring Domo Writeback to enable bi-directional data pipelines.
- Writing performance-optimized SQL queries with window functions, CTEs, and complex multi-table joins across large-scale datasets.
- Google Apps Script development for macro automation, custom function building, and dynamic data transformation pipelines.
