About the Role

As a Hire Administrator, you are responsible for looking after our customers rental needs on a day-to-day basis. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where customer requirements are constantly changing, providing a high level of customer service. You will support the customer from their initial enquiry to end of rental off hire, ensuring any customer queries are dealt with. A Hire Administrator plays a key role in the delivery of both fleet and revenue goals. As a Hire Administrator, it is vital that you follow and comply with all relevant legislations.

Responsibilities

Receive and handle customer calls and emails requiring assistance.
Deal with customers who attend the store in a professional manner.
Arrange vehicle changeovers and vehicle rotation for customers.
Identify vehicles requiring service and MOT, book them in, and communicate this with customers.
Process new rentals and off-hires.
Process hire invoices for customers.
Manage and process jobs for vehicles off the road.
Manage and process breakdowns for customers.
Perform other relevant tasks supporting the wider business.

Requirements

Computer Literate
Excellent communicator with customer service experience
Friendly, positive ‘Can-Do’ attitude, with a ‘yes’ approach to customers
Full Driving License
Willingness to take an active role in the development and growth of the business
