About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Service Delivery Manager in daily vehicle and asset checks.
  • Ensure staff understand their daily tasks, worksheets, and routes.
  • Verify staff have serviceable tools and equipment.
  • Investigate accidents and produce necessary documentation.
  • Undertake daily contract monitoring surveys and generate reports.
  • Assist the Manager with vehicle and equipment cleansing schedules.
  • Ensure daily work completion, sign-offs, and return of documentation.
  • Provide cover for the Manager as needed.

Requirements

  • Supervisory/management experience required.
  • HGV Class 2 Driving Licence and CPC/Tacho Card.
  • Experience and understanding of Transport management or similar.
  • Good IT knowledge/skills.
  • Leadership experience.
