About the Role

As our Success Architect, you will be responsible for providing architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice for our customers while working closely with our Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Product / Engineering teams. You must be able to work and adapt in a fluid, fast-paced environment. You must be technically proficient, patient and passionate about guiding customers through our products/solutions, able to collaborate with other departments, and able to communicate with both technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Providing architecture and design, use case development and solution implementation advice.
  • Interacting closely with our Professional Services team and having a seamless handoff for broader services engagements.
  • Partnering with Product/Engineering Teams to understand best recommendations to design a solution OR provide valuable feedback to them to better align our product to customer needs.
  • Serving as a counselor and adviser to customers and a technical coach to co-workers, providing advice and guidance throughout the Post-sales engagement.
  • Responding promptly to customer questions with technical explanations of product features and capabilities.
  • Serving as a technical coach to colleagues in the customer success team.
  • Preparing and delivering differentiated solution presentations or technical proposals.
  • Composing and publishing external-facing whitepapers, artifacts, case studies, architectural blueprints, blog posts and articles for technical/industry publications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with one or more Informatica products in Business 360 journey including – Informatica Multi-domain Master Data Management, Hosted MDM, C360, C360 for Salesforce, etc.
  • Expert level knowledge on Informatica MDM with multiple projects implementation experience.
  • Proven technical knowledge of deployment of both Cloud and on-premise software solutions and architectures (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Virtualization, Business Intelligence, Application Integration and Microservices).
  • Track record of successfully managing customers and complex data management needs.
  • Expert-level database skills in at least one (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Sybase, Teradata).
