About the Role

As an Inside Sales Engineer at Zebra Technologies, you will partner with Inside Sales Account Managers to provide crucial technical expertise, developing technology strategy and solutions, and integrating innovative solutions that help customers work smarter and faster. You will bridge the gap between physical assets and digital data, empowering organizations to work faster, smarter, and more collaboratively. This role is part of a new and expanding team building Zebra's European Inside Sales Hub in London Soho.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers (primarily virtually).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotes.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Develop and deliver technical onboarding and updates for the Inside Sales team.
Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in English and German Language.
Ability to travel to London office 5 days a week.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a B2B sales environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Android.
