About the Role
Drive revenue performance across Condé Nast's commerce ecosystem by owning features and capabilities within the commerce stack powering iconic brands. This role involves discovery, requirement gathering, user interviews, roadmap management, and ensuring successful development and release in collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Write product briefs for technical and consumer-facing commerce products/features
- Oversee engineering inceptions related to product briefs
- Own and optimize the core commerce tech stack, including affiliate platforms, product feed and tagging tools, and integrations with retail partners and affiliate networks
- Create and maintain a backlog of tickets with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint refinement, planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and according to specifications, managing across time zones and geographies
- Monitor key revenue metrics (click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, revenue per session) and use data to inform prioritization
- Manage performance dashboards, delivering regular revenue insights to stakeholders
- Support incident response for commerce delivery issues
- Communicate roadmaps and priorities to business stakeholders
- Set OKRs and measure progress against them
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to commerce, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical foundation including SQL, A/B testing, and experience with data visualization tools
- Track record of shipping features that drove measurable revenue or engagement improvements
- Comfort with technical problem-solving and experience working with engineers to debug product feed, tracking, or conversion funnel issues
- Strong writing skills for product briefs, user stories, and stakeholder communication
- Passion for understanding shopper behavior, testing new approaches, and continuous learning
