About the Role
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales within a retail environment. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered.
- Deliver sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations.
- Maintain personal and productivity goals.
- Connect with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs.
- Learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs.
- Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge through product knowledge training.
- Assist with brand awareness by assisting store management with social media.
Requirements
- 0-3 years of retail experience.
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm for the running environment.
- Self-motivated to complete tasks or activities with little supervision.
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays.
