About the Role
Oh Polly is seeking a self-motivated individual to join the tech team, working with various departments to deliver key projects such as ERP implementation, PIM Onboarding, WMS, and Integration. The role requires strong relationship-building, proactive reporting, and the ability to manage large-scale change programs at pace.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Analyst and project teams to define scope and create business cases/benefits.
- Manage partner selection processes.
- Escalate and update project direction & scope based on urgency.
- Develop and control project budgets in conjunction with partners.
- Develop and implement appropriate project management methodologies.
- Develop high-quality and robust project plans.
- Define and implement good project management practices.
- Foster an agile and responsive culture.
- Compile and maintain good quality documentation.
- Manage senior stakeholders within Oh Polly and 3rd party suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience as a Programme Manager, Project Manager, or Project Lead on technical projects with internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers, preferably in a retail environment.
- Good understanding of data within a retailer, multi-party setup is essential.
- Experience with PIM, WMS, ERP, or eCommerce Projects is advantageous.
- Good understanding of operations and project management processes is key.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality projects that solve real business problems.
- Experience delivering projects across multiple retail departments.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong influencing skills with effective stakeholder management.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to take on tasks outside a narrowly defined role (e.g., testing, support, operations, documentation).
- Capable of working to both tactical and strategic timescales, prioritizing effectively.
- Consistently seeks to raise standards through experimentation and adoption of new tools and processes.
- Commercially astute with previous significant capex and opex management experience.
