About the Role
As an Investment Analyst Intern at Summit Agricultural Group, you will work closely with an investment team managing over $5 billion in assets. You will assist with business analytics, industry research, financial analysis, and presentation preparation for private equity investments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources.
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support the team in data related projects and initiatives.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to Summit executive team.
- Collaborate with support departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Deliver a final presentation to Summit's management team summarizing experiences, results, and accomplishments from the internship.
Requirements
- Completed Sophomore or Junior studying Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team while maintaining strong written and verbal communication.
