About the Role

Beacon Software is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to manage acquisition migrations end-to-end, standardizing newly acquired companies onto a common GTM stack. This is a hands-on role requiring coordination of multiple projects with hard deadlines and a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage acquisition migrations end-to-end, including scoping, project planning, CRM and Support Ticketing builds, data migration, and user training.
  • Lead discovery calls to assess current stacks and map them to Beacon's standards.
  • Hold project plans and timelines across concurrent migrations.
  • Manage dependencies and risks to prevent delays.
  • Own project status reporting.
  • Direct the work of implementation contractors.
  • Pull in technical support for complex issues.
  • Make day-to-day scope and sequencing decisions within the documented playbook.
  • Escalate genuine exceptions.
  • Improve the migration playbook by tightening plans, checklists, and handoffs for increased speed and predictability.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of project or program management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting.
  • Experience running implementation, migration, or change management projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently against firm deadlines.
  • Literacy in Go-To-Market systems, including understanding CRM and support platform construction.
  • Ability to scope a build and hold credible conversations about GTM tech stacks.
  • Experience directing the work of others (contractors, agency pods, junior admins) without formal people management.
  • Confident stakeholder-facing communication skills.
  • Strong judgment under ambiguity, with the ability to make defensible calls from a playbook.
  • A commitment to quality that extends beyond initial handoff.
  • Strong written communication skills for clear status updates.
  • A bias for action and the agility to adapt to changing programs.
  • Willingness to get hands-on when necessary.
