About the Role

Perform maintenance and repairs for all areas related to building, including carpentry, HVAC troubleshooting, and fabrication, while adhering to local building codes and company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine material requirements and dimensions.
• Select appropriate lumber or other materials.
• Prepare layouts and mark cutting and assembly lines on materials.
• Shape materials to prescribed measurements.
• Assemble cut and shaped materials using fasteners like nails, dowel pins, or glue.
• Verify the trueness of structures using a plumb bob and carpenter's level.
• Respond to safety issues.
• Maintain and prepare work lists for model stores.
• Aid in the preparation of bill of material work lists.
• Adhere to company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Perform HVAC repairs.
• Assist with HVAC issues through control strategies and remote monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must submit to DL Monitoring.
• Satisfactory performance reviews.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good communication skills with the stores.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand control strategies.
• Familiarity with power saws and related power and hand tools.
