About the Role

BCG’s internal functions are the foundation of how our firm operates. The Operational Innovations (OI) team drives transformation by accelerating high-priority initiatives, enabling step-change improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the firm through technology & AI deployments and end-to-end process redesign. We partner with functional and geographic leaders to re-architect how the firm operates, making it faster, smarter, and more connected.

Responsibilities

Provide content support, research, expertise, analyses, or documentation to support project management and accelerate functional or geographic improvement initiatives.
Support development of deliverables, including business improvement plans, process design, communication & engagement plans, and implementation plans.
Work with line owners and OI team members to identify potential investments and/or process improvements.
Assist in defining end-state processes and organizational models, as well as the path to achieve those end states.
Support on the ground implementation of Change initiatives, including enabling impacted users and embedding behavioral change.
Translate project objectives and change needs into concrete employee communications, engagement actions, and campaigns.
Track project success and progress, ensuring projects remain on course and objectives are realized on-time and within budget.
Support development of senior management reporting and broader communications.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent, ideally in a business-related subject.
Experience working in a multi-national or large-scale environment.
Strong data analysis skills, able to communicate key insights effectively.
Curiosity and focus on continuous development and learning.
Creativity and openness to new approaches, digital tools, and Agile methodologies.
Project and Program Management experience is a plus.
