About the Role
BCG’s internal functions are the foundation of how our firm operates. The Operational Innovations (OI) team drives transformation by accelerating high-priority initiatives, enabling step-change improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of the firm through technology & AI deployments and end-to-end process redesign. We partner with functional and geographic leaders to re-architect how the firm operates, making it faster, smarter, and more connected.
Responsibilities
- Provide content support, research, expertise, analyses, or documentation to support project management and accelerate functional or geographic improvement initiatives.
- Support development of deliverables, including business improvement plans, process design, communication & engagement plans, and implementation plans.
- Work with line owners and OI team members to identify potential investments and/or process improvements.
- Assist in defining end-state processes and organizational models, as well as the path to achieve those end states.
- Support on the ground implementation of Change initiatives, including enabling impacted users and embedding behavioral change.
- Translate project objectives and change needs into concrete employee communications, engagement actions, and campaigns.
- Track project success and progress, ensuring projects remain on course and objectives are realized on-time and within budget.
- Support development of senior management reporting and broader communications.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent, ideally in a business-related subject.
- Experience working in a multi-national or large-scale environment.
- Strong data analysis skills, able to communicate key insights effectively.
- Curiosity and focus on continuous development and learning.
- Creativity and openness to new approaches, digital tools, and Agile methodologies.
- Project and Program Management experience is a plus.
