Responsibilities
- Make informed decisions about people, place, and technology within the CRE consulting domain.
- Work on strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues.
- Collaborate with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting client service teams nationally.
- Develop innovative approaches to completing scopes of work.
- Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues.
- Inspire teamwork and responsibility within engagement teams.
- Use current technology and tools to enhance deliverable effectiveness.
- Develop presentation materials, briefings, scorecards, and implementation documents.
- Maintain responsibility for the completion and accuracy of work products.
- Assess operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline CRE and facilities management service delivery.
- Expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring, and client interaction.
- Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials.
- Communicate EY's perspective on relevant CRE topics and trends.
- Analyze and draw insights from complex data sets.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and create reports.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with strong business acumen to drive client value.
- Actively pursue client-service oriented work.
- Foster and refresh ongoing client relationships.
- Work effectively across multi-disciplinary, collaborative, and distributed teams.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, OR a graduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- Credible work experience supporting business development and delivering strategic projects in corporate real estate, management consulting, workplace consulting, or technology consulting.
- Knowledge and experience in at least three core CRE consulting disciplines (operating model design, organizational design, service delivery, portfolio, workplace, occupancy, location, sustainability, technology, digital workplace strategy, and M&A/Divestiture support).
- Experience supporting project management activities (resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, budget management).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to develop long-lasting internal and external relationships.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
- High proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
- Must reside in or be in commutable distance to the office location.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary, potentially beyond the work location.
