About the Role
This role involves working closely with third-party providers to ensure rigorous oversight and monitoring of controls and processes. You will establish and maintain effective working relationships, support monitoring programs, and help deliver change to meet business needs, grow AUM, and revenue. The role also focuses on reviewing and analyzing management information to identify service issues and drive continuous improvements in client experience.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with third-party providers ensuring rigorous oversight and monitoring of controls and processes.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with third-party providers.
- Carry out daily checklist tasks to support oversight control functions within Client Operations.
- Support the monitoring program by reviewing completed work of SS&C / IFDS.
- Work with partners in Distribution and Product to deliver change and provide/adapt operational support/models.
- Review and analyze MI to identify service issues and design/deliver continuous improvements to Client Experience.
- Manage and resolve queries from internal and external parties.
- Champion new ideas to raise processes to ‘Best Practice’ and align them across jurisdictions.
- Provide back-up and support to the Senior Client Operations Manager.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree level education or meaningful professional qualifications or some industry experience.
- Experience of supporting direct clients, institutional clients and platforms.
- Product knowledge of UK / Luxembourg and Irish pooled vehicles.
- Makes quick, clear decisions which may include tough choices or considered risks.
- Applies sound judgement by comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions.
- Speaks fluently; express opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly.
- Creates presentations and/or undertakes public speaking with skill and confidence.

- Understanding of the regulatory obligations of the firm and abide by regulated entity requirements and JHI policies.
- Willingness to adhere to the provisions of our Investment Advisory Code of Ethics related to personal securities activities and other disclosure and certification requirements.
