About the Role
Deutsche Bank’s Origination & Advisory business provides a full range of advisory and financing products and services. You will evaluate companies, develop M&A models, prepare industry and product analyses for pitches, monitor capital markets, interpret data for clients, and execute live deals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting origination and execution of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Leverage Finance (LDCM), and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions.
- Supporting senior bankers in coverage efforts for key accounts within the Financial Institutions Group sector.
- Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit and financial modelling, and preparing complex financial analysis and models.
- Supporting the preparation of client presentations and pitches, and communicating with clients daily.
Requirements
- Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to represent and support the firm before management teams and other deal professionals.
- Leadership potential.
- A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
- High levels of initiative, ingenuity, pro-activity, and drive.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows for business problems, applying critical judgment for responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
