About the Role
Corpay is seeking a Global Content Specialist to create and execute communications and content deliverables aligned with the Global Marketing Plan. This role supports content generation and maintenance across various Corpay platforms, including websites, sales collateral, social media, and thought-leadership programs.
Responsibilities
- Execute the ongoing development of value-added content and impactful marketing and communication materials and programs, including sell-sheets, brochures, social media content, case studies, thought leadership pieces, blog posts, articles, podcasts, email nurture campaigns, presentations, and webcasts.
- Work with the Marketing Team and key stakeholders to develop content that effectively supports various global marketing and communications strategies.
- Assist with the launch of new products by collaborating with the Marketing Team and internal partners to generate content concepts and convert them into impactful public-facing collateral, while meeting key objectives and ensuring the company’s verbal brand is accurately represented.
- Develop and create social media content that effectively supports campaigns to increase audience interest and engagement in the company’s social media channels.
- Create strong content, helping to attract and nurture customers and prospects through both offline and online channels.
- Execute elements of communications plans that support new product launches, initiatives, events and other projects.
- Assist the Global Content Manager to maintain an ongoing content calendar to support marketing programs and materials through collaboration with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all marketing and communication material messaging is consistent, accurate, and that they comply with corporate branding and verbal guidelines, legal, and compliance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ Marketing experience within a B2B environment
- Financial Services industry experience required
- Proven track record of supporting communication plans through creation of value-added and creative content
- The ability to grasp complex aspects of financial products and services and portray them in a clear and straightforward manner
- Strong background and proven hands-on experience creating and managing content for various channels and mediums
- Website and product copy knowledge and an understanding of SEO requirements
- Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to influence and persuade effectively, and to think creatively to deliver solutions that work for stakeholders and the brand
- Organized and able to multitask efficiently across multiple projects
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
