About the Role

AnyMind Group's brand commerce division offers comprehensive digital marketing solutions to major national and international clients, focusing on business growth. With a surge in Shopify-based e-commerce site development and operation projects, the role of a "Director/PM" who can organize client needs and drive projects forward is crucial. We are seeking an individual to act as a liaison between engineers and clients, ensuring smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

Manage the progress of e-commerce site development and renewal projects, including those using Shopify.
Conduct client interviews to gather requirements and define project scope.
Provide instructions and coordinate with development teams and system vendors.
Coordinate with designers and clients.
Manage schedules, track progress, and mitigate risks.
Design and direct testing procedures before site launch.
Ensure quality through test execution direction.
Propose UI/UX improvements based on operational data.
Create proposals for clients and present improvement suggestions.

Requirements

Experience in e-commerce or website production direction/project management.
Experience in requirement gathering and coordination with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
Experience in test design and test direction.
No coding knowledge required, but a strong interest and curiosity in web services and digital products are essential.
