About the Role
Probatix Health GmbH is seeking a Junior Operations Manager to improve daily fulfillment and manufacturing operations. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily business, oversight of warehouse and production, and measurable process improvements. The position is closely tied to the product, warehouse, and data, demanding a high degree of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to customer support inquiries via email and ticketing system in a solution-oriented and independent manner.
- Coordinate shipping and logistics processes, including test kits and returns.
- Support and coordinate production processes to ensure they run according to plan and maintain good quality.
- Ensure materials and finished products meet standards before dispatch.
- Assist with incoming goods, inventory management, and stocktakes.
- Question existing processes and contribute ideas for simplifying or speeding up daily operations.
- Identify, solve, and close problems independently without escalation.
Requirements
- Initial experience in operations, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Structured, reliable work approach with a focus on completing tasks thoroughly.
- Basic analytical understanding and interest in improving processes, not just executing them.
- High self-responsibility, hands-on mentality, and a good sense of priorities.
- Strong communication skills: clear, friendly, and solution-oriented.
- Proficient use of common tools like spreadsheets and basic analysis; technical understanding is a plus.
