This role offers the opportunity to build a recurring book of business in your local market, focusing on growing sales while the company handles fulfillment, operations, and back-office support.
Responsibilities

- Connect with apartment communities, property management companies, HOAs, commercial buildings, offices, retail centers, facility managers, and other businesses

Requirements
- Must be competitive
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be comfortable talking to business owners and managers
- Must be willing to walk into businesses and introduce themselves
- Must be persistent with follow-up
- Must be comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Must be interested in building recurring income
- Must be entrepreneurial and growth-minded
- Sales experience is helpful, but drive, confidence, persistence, and activity are more important
- Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, business development, commercial real estate, property management, staffing, insurance sales, payroll sales, facility services, home services, commercial cleaning, entrepreneurship, or small-business ownership is a plus
