About the Role

As a Data Analytics Intern at Summit Agricultural Group, you will gain hands-on experience within a diverse organization to help drive business needs. This opportunity will analyze trends, create reports, and support various projects while working closely with other analyst team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist business units by creating, updating, and analyzing financial models for private equity investments in the agriculture industry, both domestically and internationally.
• Create written and verbal research reports detailing findings from assigned topics, likely including trend analysis in U.S. and Brazilian agriculture industries.
• Aid in presentation preparation for internal and external audiences.
• Update and further analyze data and reports used to track agricultural trends and pricing.
• Manage special projects as needed.
• Deliver a final presentation to Summit's management team summarizing internship experiences, results, and accomplishments.

Requirements

• Sophomore or above studying agricultural business, economics, finance, or accounting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
• High level of interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently.
