About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape and deliver our Active Fixed Income product strategy. You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, supporting the development, launch, and management of active fixed income and liquidity solutions across various structures like UCITS, non-UCITS funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts. Collaborate with Investment, Distribution, and other business teams to build client-focused solutions that drive sustainable commercial growth while meeting regulatory and customer requirements. Opportunities exist to present proposals to product governance committees and boards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of new Active Fixed Income and liquidity products across various investment vehicles.
- Manage product launches, amendments, mergers, and closures aligned with commercial objectives and client needs.
- Coordinate projects by defining milestones, managing actions and risks, facilitating working groups, and engaging subject-matter experts.
- Ensure product activity complies with relevant regulatory, governance, risk, and internal policy requirements.
- Review the commercial viability and performance of the product range, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical product expertise in areas such as proposition design, regulation, tax, disclosures, registrations, and operational matters.
- Analyze client, competitor, industry, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive offering.
- Build collaborative relationships across Investment, Distribution, operations, service providers, governance committees, and external partners.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the international asset management industry, with experience launching and managing investment funds across relevant jurisdictions.
- In-depth understanding of active fixed income and liquidity strategies, products, and client selection processes.
- Sound technical knowledge of pooled product structures, including UCITS and non-UCITS funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts.
- Experience across product strategy, development, and end-to-end lifecycle management.
- Demonstrable project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities, risks, and multiple stakeholders.
- An inclusive and collaborative approach, with the confidence to influence colleagues, senior stakeholders, boards, and external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to improving processes and delivering efficiently.
- A degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, or CAIA are welcomed.
