About the Role
As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG, you will take a lead delivery role, managing small teams across a wide range of client projects. These projects include IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, company mergers and acquisitions, capital model advice, and supporting Audit colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Leading project teams in the delivery of client engagements.
- Providing technical input to a number of projects.
- Drafting reports and presentations.
- Managing concurrent engagements.
- Shaping and implementing KPMG's tailored solutions.
- Cultivating and maintaining target client relationships.
- Assisting with proposals and the development of sales materials.
Requirements
- Be a fully Qualified Actuary.
- Experience of working in a Life Actuarial function or life consultancy.
- Strong technical and communication skills (both written and oral).
- Ability to deal with clients and senior personnel from day one.
- Strong project and people management skills.
- Ability to structure task allocations around critical goals.
- Strong coaching skills to develop the capabilities of junior team members.
