About the Role

As a Qualified Actuarial Consultant at KPMG, you will take a lead delivery role, managing small teams across a wide range of client projects. These projects include IFRS 17 impact assessments and implementations, finance transformations, company mergers and acquisitions, capital model advice, and supporting Audit colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams in the delivery of client engagements.
• Providing technical input to a number of projects.
• Drafting reports and presentations.
• Managing concurrent engagements.
• Shaping and implementing KPMG's tailored solutions.
• Cultivating and maintaining target client relationships.
• Assisting with proposals and the development of sales materials.

Requirements

• Be a fully Qualified Actuary.
• Experience of working in a Life Actuarial function or life consultancy.
• Strong technical and communication skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to deal with clients and senior personnel from day one.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Ability to structure task allocations around critical goals.
• Strong coaching skills to develop the capabilities of junior team members.
