About the Role
As a Loan Consultant, you will actively promote and sell loan and protection products, understand customer needs to recommend financial solutions, manage the sales process from application to closing, build strong relationships, and achieve sales goals. You will also perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
Responsibilities

- Managing the entire sales process, both in person and virtually — from application to closing

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check, credit check, and validation of work experience

Salary/Compensations
- Competitive hourly rate plus an incentive plan based on performance
- Expected base hourly rate of $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance
