About the Role
The Dual Rate Floor Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of assigned Table Games shifts, adhering to Seneca Gaming Corporation policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance, maintaining game security, assisting with payouts, and resolving customer and employee disputes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor controls for compliance with state, federal, and tribal regulatory requirements.
- Maintain continuous inspection of cards and dice to ensure table games security.
- Assist in monitoring table game payouts to ensure correct amounts are paid to customers.
- Ensure organizational and regulatory policies and procedures are understood and adhered to.
- Handle and settle customer and employee disputes with excellent customer service and consideration for the operation's best interest.
- Ensure the safety of all gaming chips and monies.
- Act as signatory on jackpots as outlined by the Internal Control Manual.
- Maintain accountability of chips for each shift by keeping a paper trail.
- Make table fills/credits as necessary.
- Monitor cash and chip transactions between dealers and patrons.
- Monitor unusual activity between dealers and patrons for possible collusion.
- Restrict play of patrons defrauding the Seneca Gaming Corporation.
- Assist Security and Pit Manager in warning or ejecting persons causing disturbances.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
- Monitor employee performance and make recommendations to the Table Games Manager regarding recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, discipline, termination, and other personnel issues.
- Utilize effective communication tools for consistent, accurate, and timely information across shifts.
- Maintain an accurate attendance calendar for table game employees on the designated shift.
- Ensure the Table Games Department presents a professional and clean environment.
- Communicate regularly with employees about casino events and activities.
- Maintain a current understanding of information security policies, including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
- Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers, and staff.
- Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
- Complete all required SGC Training programs within nine months of employment.
- Attend all necessary meetings.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
- Must be an experienced, results-oriented, and hands-on professional.
- Must demonstrate leadership, fairness, and sensibility to customers and employees.
- Must possess the ability to instill a sense of pride and personal responsibility in subordinate employees.

Salary/Compensations
- $10.35 starting rate
- Compensation is negotiable based on experience and education.
