About the Role
County Waste, a Waste Connections Company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Clifton Park, NY. We prioritize hiring professional customer service representatives who care about the safety of our drivers and the service provided to the community.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and process customer orders for new service, discontinuance, or changes in service.
- Accept payments from customers, research customer billing inquiries, and update customer account information.
- Interact with customers and Waste Connections employees to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints, and seek cost-effective, safe, environmentally sound solutions to service issues.
Requirements
- 2 years of high volume Customer Service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Clifton Park, NY
Work Type
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
