Front of House Leaders are in-shop champions, coaching and mentoring their teams. They protect Pret's standards and spirits high, keeping teams and customers happy. This role involves hands-on work, including operating the coffee machine and managing shop figures.

Salary/Compensations
- £15.35 per hour (inclusive of mystery shopper bonus)
- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am after initial training
