About the Role
Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support, providing services to End Users including End User Devices, Collaboration and Communication services, Network-attached devices, and Locally-attached devices. Perform daily health checks, meeting room AV and Network support, and provide effective Deskside Support Services. Responsible for Asset audits and asset inventory.
Responsibilities
- Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support
- Provide services to End Users including End User Devices, Collaboration and Communication services, Network-attached devices, and Locally-attached devices
- Perform daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices
- Provide meeting room AV and Network support
- Provide effective Deskside Support Services in accordance with the appropriate Performance Standards
- Responsible for Asset audits and asset inventory
Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in Desktop support
- Business level German and English language skills
- Good knowledge of ticketing and monitoring tools e.g. Service Now
- VIP level support experience
- Experience with Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions
- MacOS support
- Mobile device management including IOS and Android devices, Enterprise encryption solutions
- New user account set up and management via Active Directory
- Network troubleshooting skills
- Asset management experience, new laptop allocation, Standby and offboarding
- Proven analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLAs
- Excellent communication, rapport building and internal customer service skills
- Subject to a post-offer Background Verification in accordance with the local country legislation
