About the Role
The Delivery Driver Helper assists Sherwin-Williams Delivery Service drivers in making deliveries to customers and stores within a metropolitan area. This involves riding along in a truck/van, unloading products, and maintaining safety and security awareness.
Responsibilities
- Assists Sherwin-Williams Delivery Service drivers in making deliveries to customers and stores.
- Rides along with the driver in a truck/van to each delivery destination.
- Helps to unload products at site locations.
- Maintains awareness of safety and security.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors.
- Requires access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise, and other items of value.
- A review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
