About the Role
Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. We are looking for a Care professional, with a compassionate heart who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Kensington and Chelsea to help our clients live an independent life in their own home for as long as it is possible.
Responsibilities
- Companionship
- Building strong professional relationships
- Assistance with personal care and taking medications
- Minimum 10 hour visits
- Introductions to all new clients
- Caregivers matched to clients based on hobbies and interests
- Visiting the same Clients for continuity of care and to build meaningful relationships
Requirements
- Experience of working in a care setting would be advantageous however not essential as full training and on-going support is provided as standard
- High-degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs
- Subject to DBS enhanced disclosure

Salary/Compensations
- Waking nights paid at hour rate of £12.85 - £14.20 and length of service
