About the Role

Renesas Electronics is expanding its AI-focused power delivery business, offering products like high-performance digital power VRMs, multiphase controllers, and integrated power modules. This role is key to defining next-generation AI power module products.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI definition of next-gen multi-phase AI power module products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate power modules into electrical systems and align on thermal and power requirements.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with organizational objectives.
• Present next-generation product updates and proposals to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing partners to prototype designs and transition them into production.
• Assess the suitability of existing materials for customer samples.
• Ensure proper governance through NPI planning gates and readiness reviews.
• Act as a single point of new product coordination across Product Line Management, Design Engineering, Quality, Packaging team, and Internal/External manufacturing teams.
• Escalate critical issues with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management or product definer within power electronics or infrastructure markets.
• 3+ years of experience in power module engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
