About the Role
As Senior Associate, Social, you will rapidly develop knowledge of paid advertising across key social channels, from activation through to reporting. You will also learn how to plan and deliver award-winning work in a busy agency environment focused on training and development.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end set up of paid social campaigns across all relevant social platforms.
- Undertake regular quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure campaigns meet best practice standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing to ensure activity delivers as expected.
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
- Produce detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often in Microsoft Excel.
- Write performance commentary that delivers valuable insight and recommendations to clients.
- Assist with detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects.
- Work closely with your line manager and the wider team to support the delivery of high-quality work for clients.
- Collaborate with partners and attend regular platform training sessions to develop paid social skillset.
- Manage workload and communicate clearly and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend regular internal meetings and training sessions to contribute to a collaborative paid social community.
- Follow mandatory agency finance processes to ensure prompt payment/invoicing and minimize finance queries.
Requirements
- Passionate about starting a career in digital marketing and paid social.
- Eager to learn, diligent, and attentive to detail.
- Able to listen, learn new skills, and apply them quickly.
- Interest in how digital advertising/marketing works, especially on social media channels.
- Desire to further knowledge in digital advertising/marketing.
- Computer literate with a good base of skills across the Microsoft Office suite (including Excel).
- Confidence with numbers, as the role involves working with large amounts of data.
- Collaborative, friendly, and possess a can-do attitude.
