About the Role
Minor Figures is establishing its first Sales Representative team in Germany to bolster the EU Sales division. This role is crucial for driving distribution, sales, and brand recognition throughout Western Germany, focusing on the On-trade channel in key metropolitan areas and building strong industry partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the face of the Minor Figures brand in Western Germany
- Develop new partnerships while growing existing accounts/customers
- Track opportunities and manage your pipeline in the CRM
- Increase product distribution across On-trade, Food & Beverage segments
- Educate and support wholesalers, cafés, and operators through training and sampling
- Plan travel and field visits to maximise sales opportunities
- Attend industry events and organise brand activations
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and best practices with the EU sales team
- Identify high-potential cities and implement local growth plans
Requirements
- Must be based in Cologne, Dusseldorf or Frankfurt area
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Fluent German is required
- Experience working with independent On-trade outlets and key accounts in the coffee, food, and/or beverage industry is essential
