About the Role

As a working student or intern in the Supply department, you will gain practical experience by actively working on operational tasks related to data maintenance, quality assurance, and system migration. You will be directly involved in the processes of a transformation-driven Supply department, ensuring our hotels, packages, and travel deals are presented with high-quality data for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data for national and international hotels and packages in the GetAway extranet.
• Check and validate existing datasets to quickly identify discrepancies.
• Cleanse, structure, and refine data, including updating photos and texts.
• Ensure products, offers, and travel packages are optimally displayed and bookable for customers.
• Document findings in a structured manner and communicate improvement potentials to relevant teams.
• Collaborate closely with the team and team lead, coordinating with Key Account Managers and other internal interfaces.
• Gain insights into Key Account Management and adjacent departments and projects.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student seeking a working student position or mandatory internship.
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable work approach, with a preference for independent work.
• Keen eye for detail and a high level of quality awareness.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable handling large datasets, maintaining an overview of recurring check tasks.
• Ability to clearly and comprehensibly document observations and improvement potentials.
• Strong affinity for digital tools and systems, with a basic understanding of AI and API/interfaces.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, data maintenance, or with digital tools is a plus, but not mandatory.
