About the Role
Help financial institutions transform securities finance across Europe by driving growth for FIS’s Securities Finance Solutions. This senior, quota-carrying role requires an accomplished enterprise seller with securities finance market knowledge and the ability to build executive relationships to convert client challenges into technology propositions.
Responsibilities
- Win new clients and expand strategic accounts across the European securities finance market.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract signature.
- Position FIS as a strategic transformation partner rather than solely a technology provider.
- Help clients modernize securities lending, borrowing, collateral and associated operational capabilities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, business leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Develop opportunities across banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, custodians and other securities finance market participants.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through disciplined territory planning, new-logo acquisition and strategic account expansion.
- Influence how clients approach technology modernization, process automation, operational resilience and growth.
- Own and grow a high-value sales pipeline across Europe, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and execute a European territory strategy aligned to client priorities and securities finance market developments.
- Identify target organizations, buying centres and strategic opportunities across new and existing accounts.
- Engage stakeholders across securities finance, trading, operations, technology, collateral, risk, finance, procurement and the C-suite.
- Build compelling business cases that demonstrate commercial value, operational improvement and return on investment.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations with senior client stakeholders.
- Manage long-cycle sales engagements involving multiple decision-makers, business units and jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product management, delivery, marketing and account-management teams to develop strong client solutions.
- Represent FIS at industry events, executive forums, conferences and customer engagements across Europe.
- Provide market insight and client feedback to support product strategy, roadmap discussions and go-to-market planning.
- Develop account and territory plans that balance new-logo acquisition with strategic expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity qualification and pipeline-management disciplines.
