  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities to drive room nights and revenue to Design Hotels™ member properties.
  • Lead sales events within the assigned region in collaboration with Events team as agreed in the regional annual strategy.

  • Initiate and lead regional sales initiatives, including bespoke client events, roadshows, sales calls, and FAM trips tailored to elevate property awareness and market demand.
  • Drive additional growth to member hotels with strategic initiatives, i.e. targeted Sales Missions.
  • Partake in new member hotels’ onboarding to consult and offer strategic guidance for direction.
  • Represent the brand at key global trade shows, luxury travel forums, and networking events to position Design Hotels™ as a category leader within the upscale hospitality segment.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to tailor strategies for existing and new member hotels, optimize engagement, and strengthen brand equity across relevant business verticals.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the Design Hotels™ Collective program and broader global portfolio via targeted outreach, training sessions, webinars, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Deliver against individual and team revenue targets by proactively managing a portfolio of key accounts and partnerships.
  • Partake in the weekly revenue/funnel meeting with Global Reservations to identify high-impact group business and assist in conversion.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to optimize conversion, upsell opportunities, and cross-regional collaboration.
  • Adhere to internal reporting structures, CRM guidelines and performance tracking metrics to ensure transparency, forecasting accuracy, and alignment with global sales goals.
  • Liaise regularly with cross-functional teams around the world—including regional Sales, Events, Global Reservations, and Member Services—to align regional sales initiatives with overall brand strategy.
  • Support the development of interns through mentorship and knowledge-sharing.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, including market research, competitive analysis, and business planning, to support broader organizational goals.
