  • Manage User Generated Content (UGC) and White Label content from the NAM marketing team.
  • Produce social-first content from concept to posting, including video, static images, reels, and stories.
  • Lead the TikTok launch, including channel strategy, voice establishment, community growth, and setting platform standards.
  • Manage LinkedIn for EMEA, ensuring brand consistency and capturing relevant marketing activity.
  • Work closely with NAM Marketing on NAM-specific LinkedIn posts.
  • Manage the content calendar daily, ensuring on-brand, on-time, and platform-appropriate content.
  • Lead community management across organic channels, responding to comments and building relationships.
  • Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships to build a pipeline of UGC.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and cultural moments.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce to ensure organic content is designed for paid amplification.
  • Own organic KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and content performance.
  • Report organic performance to EMEA and NAM Marketing Directors.
  • Flag successful content to the Head of Ecommerce for potential paid amplification.

Requirements
