About the Role
The Commercial Project Manager will work on commercial projects providing materials for multi-family apartments, schools, and senior living facilities. This role involves working with window, stairs, trim, door, frame, and hardware fields.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to establish their requirements and goals.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Communicate with leadership and team members on project status.
- Order materials and manage shipments to site.
- Produce submittals, shop drawings, and door schedules.
- Review job costs for project profitability.
- Manage project costs, changes, and budgets.
- Foster subcontractor and vendor relations.
- Manage and oversee field operations for timeline and budget requirements.
- Attend meetings within the department.
- Pull and create reports for the senior project manager.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed according to company and legal standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
