About the Role
This role supports the Technology & Data team, focusing on IT operations and administrative processes. It offers a structured apprenticeship program to develop core business and IT support capabilities, combining hands-on experience with formal learning.
Responsibilities
- Manage licence allocations for business software applications, liaising with vendors and colleagues.
- Oversee the Asset Register, ensuring it is current and accountable.
- Lead the disposal process for surplus IT equipment.
- Support Information Security Audits by evidencing user access reviews, asset register maintenance, and policy reviews.
- Coordinate service review meetings with key service providers.
- Oversee the maintenance of IT policies and procedure documentation, ensuring timely reviews.
- Support diary management for team members regarding meetings and training.
- Develop organisational, communication, and digital skills through on-the-job experience and apprenticeship learning.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably requested to support team and business objectives.
- Build core skills in business administration, communication, and organisation.
- Gain experience working across teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop confidence using workplace systems, processes, and data.
- Learn to prioritise workload, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Work towards a nationally recognised qualification, providing a strong foundation for future progression.
