About the Role
Join a Leading Urban Real Estate Team as a Commercial Finance Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to become a trusted business partner, delivering critical financial insights and driving performance across a diverse property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the real estate portfolio.
- Develop and run financial models to evaluate leasing deals, regears, and new income streams.
- Prepare quarterly management accounts and deliver insightful performance analysis.
- Collaborate on forecasts and budgets with Strategic Business Units (SBUs), Group Finance, and other stakeholders.
- Partner with asset managers and portfolio teams to understand performance drivers and support strategic planning.
- Contribute to finance-wide initiatives focused on process improvement and system optimisation.
Requirements
- Commercially minded finance professional.
- Experienced in financial modelling and commercial analysis.
- Clear communicator with strong influencing skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams and adapting to changing priorities.
