About the Role

As an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our network of affiliate partners and strategic relationships to support patient recruitment across global clinical trials. Working closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, and external partners, you will identify new growth opportunities, optimize partner performance, and help drive high-quality patient acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with a data-driven approach to performance marketing and partnership management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and grow affiliate and strategic partner relationships to support patient recruitment initiatives.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, patient advocacy groups, and other strategic partners.
  • Coordinate partner campaigns and optimize partner performance to maximize recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to support performance marketing initiatives and improve acquisition across digital channels.
  • Monitor affiliate and campaign performance using key metrics and provide recommendations to improve lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
  • Ensure affiliate and partnership activities comply with applicable healthcare, privacy, and marketing regulations.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Patient Recruitment, Clinical Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and external partners to identify new opportunities and continuously improve recruitment performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, business development, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience developing and managing affiliate programs, strategic partnerships, or publisher relationships.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including CPA, CPL, CPC, attribution, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, display advertising, or other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards, web analytics, and campaign performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English with proven experience in the U.S. digital environment, including knowledge of U.S. consumer behavior, advertising platforms, campaign practices, and market-specific regulations.
  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or another regulated industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
