About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity to join a team that has pioneered new ways for people to live international lives and seamlessly deal with multiple currencies. Your mission is to ensure every Social Media user who needs to send, receive, spend, or hold money in another currency knows about and trusts Wise.

Responsibilities

• Building and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
• Analyzing campaign performance and continually testing new ideas.
• Managing Paid Social activity in the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Validating new opportunities to drive incremental growth.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve performance and sustainability goals.
• Playing a strong role in both direct response and brand strategy execution.
• Collaborating with creative teams to produce best-in-class creative.
• Working closely with analysts on data issues, testing assumptions, and assessing data sets for insights.
• Collaborating with platform representatives to stay ahead of industry innovations.

Requirements

• An entrepreneurial spirit, willing to learn on the go and take ownership of your region with a strong sense of autonomy.
• Team player with a drive to help others and impart wisdom.
• A head for numbers, and the ability to spot problems and draw conclusions from data.
• Strong communicator comfortable expressing ideas and challenging others.
• Ability to prioritize and make calculated decisions.
• High-level experience running ads on Meta and TikTok.
• Mid-level experience running ads on Pinterest, X, LinkedIn or any other social media marketing platform.
• Experience working on the UK, or Pacific markets.
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital business or startup.
• Speaking a second language.
