About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer II (Golang) to join our AdTech tribe. You'll help build our next-generation advertising platform that helps partners promote their best dishes, attract new customers, and grow their business. You will contribute to the scalability, performance, and resilience of these services as part of a squad supporting a global user base.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver well-scoped features end-to-end within the Campaigns and Advertiser services, from design input through to production.
  • Write clean, well-tested, maintainable Go code that meets the team's engineering and security standards.
  • Contribute to architecture and design discussions for the features you build, with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other squads across the AdTech tribe to ship reliable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the services you help maintain, escalating and learning as needed.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, estimations, and team ceremonies, and keep growing your technical and business understanding.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional software development experience, with solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Hands-on experience with Go (or strong proficiency in another backend language plus a genuine interest in Go) and a good understanding of service-oriented / microservices patterns.
  • Experience with relational (MySQL or PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
  • Some exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes, and a willingness to deepen this knowledge.
  • A quality-first mindset: you write tests, care about readability, and are comfortable asking for and giving feedback in code reviews.
  • Good communication skills and fluent English.
