About the Role
As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will accompany all general contractor projects from residential to commercial and industrial construction. You will play a key role with real design freedom.
Responsibilities
- Independent development of tender, order, and additional cost calculations.
- Build and expand the calculation department of a growing general contracting company.
- Create tender documents including work preparation.
- Determine quantities for various trades in building construction.
- Independently prepare service specifications based on functional descriptions.
- Independently obtain and evaluate offers from subcontractors, and develop alternative and supplementary offers.
- Responsible organization and leadership of negotiation meetings.
- Develop and present construction project offers to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the introduction of RIB iTWO and be responsible for maintaining and further developing calculation data.
- Optional: Opportunity to pursue a management career path.
Requirements
- Completed degree, master craftsman, technician, or specialist qualification in construction, architecture, or industrial engineering (construction).
- Several years of professional experience in calculation (building construction) and work preparation or construction management.
- Confident use of typical calculation tools such as RIB iTWO, ORCA, or NEVARIS is desirable.
- Strong communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders with B2-level German (fluent).
- Economic thinking, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, HOAI, and VOB is advantageous.
