About the Role
In this role, you will independently manage diverse projects in the comedy sector, covering everything from scheduling and routing to budgeting, ticketing, and production coordination.
Responsibilities
- Request and coordinate tour dates and routing with venues, local partners, and agencies.
- Collaborate with Accounting on budget planning and financial viability calculations.
- Manage revenue planning with Ticketing, acting as a liaison with Production on aspects like scaling.
- Create deals and deal memos with local partners.
- Conduct preliminary content review (non-legal) of artist and rental agreements.
- Plan and coordinate on-sale dates, liaising with agencies, Ticketing, and Marketing.
- Coordinate ticket allocations, create guidelines, review setups, and monitor quotas.
- Manage tour cost management, including invoice control, and coordinate advance payments with Accounting.
- Oversee settlement for smaller events, support tour accountants, and prepare tour evaluations.
- Coordinate advancing processes and occasionally manage smaller events.
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during events.
- Create, maintain, and update lists, overviews, reports, folder structures, files, and other administrative work foundations.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in live productions, events, or tours.
- High affinity for live entertainment and touring productions.
- Structured and independent work style with good time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel and standard Office tools.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and a high degree of accuracy.
